Astrid Ravn

A guide in seal-hide armor who has travelled the northern road since childhood.

Astrid Ravn had traveled the northern road since childhood and guided caravans for nearly eight winters. She had also pulled Rowan out of three ruins, two avalanches, and one argument with a magistrate. Rowan insisted the last incident did not count as a rescue.

She became a guide because every caravan offered another road to search, another village to question, and another chance to return with the answer her family had never received.

“If any of you invited the dead soldiers, this is an excellent time to apologize.”
